Terms and conditions:

I understand and accept the following:
CHARGES:
1. My credit card will be charged 25% of the total cost of this reservation as soon as possible.
2. The balance will be paid cash upon my arrival at the accommodation.
3. For stays of less than 7 nights, a processing fee of 15.00€ will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS:
1. In the event I decide to cancel my reservation/s,  cancellation charges will apply.
    Cancellation charges are based on the time a  notice is sent either by e-mail or fax and are
    calculated as follows:
When notice is sent:
(a) Between now and 45 days prior to arrival date: 15%,
(b) During the last 44 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 25%
(c) During the last 29 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 35%, and
(d) During the last 48 hours prior to arrival date: 50% or 3 nights, whichever is greater.

Failure to send cancellation notice or non-show, will result in 100% cancellation charges.
