CHARGES:
1. My credit card will be charged with 25% of the total amount as soon as possible and after receiving the confirmation of my reservation.
2. 50% (on account) will be charged to the same credit card, fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the service I selected.
3. The remaining 25% will be charged to the same credit card, three (3) days prior to the start of the service I selected.
4. If the date of reservation is less than three (days) from the start of the service I selected, my credit card will be charged with the 100%
of the total amount.
CANCELLATIONS:
In case I decide to cancel my reservation, I am obliged to notify by Fax or via e-mail, and the cancellation fees are being charged accordingly:
AFTER SENDING A CANCELLATION MESSAGE BY FAX OR VIA E-MAIL:
(a) If the cancellation is made before completing the first 24 hour of reservation, there are NO cancellation fees and the down-payment will be
refunded 100%, in case the charge to the credit card has already been made.
(b) If the cancellation is made up to fifteen (15) days prior to the starting date of the service, I will be charged 12,5%.
(c) If the cancellation is made between fifteen (15) days and up to five (5) days prior to the starting date of the service, I will be charged 75%.
(d) If the cancellation is made between five (5) days and up to three (3) days prior to the starting date of the service, I will be charged 85%.
(e) If the cancellation is made between three (3) days and up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the service, I will be charged 95%.
(f) If the cancellation is done within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the service, I will be charged 100%.
If I do not send my CANCELLATION by fax or via e-mail my charge will be 100%.
